Not quite ready for middle school basketball, or didn’t make the team this season? Your basketball journey doesn’t stop here. ABYBL offers opportunities to practice fundamentals, build teamwork, and gain game experience as you prepare for future tryouts.

ABOUT THE ABYBL LEAGUE

LEAGUE AT A GLANCE

Who: IC Imagine students, grades 1–6

Cost: $85, uniform included

Roster: Every player receives a spot

Games: Across Buncombe County

WHAT TO EXPECT

1–2 practices per week, approximately one hour each

Sunday practices planned; schedule TBD

1–2 games weekly, on weeknights and/or weekends

Season runs through February

Focus on learning, development, and competitive play

Sixth graders: Players considering both ABYBL and middle school basketball should contact Coach White before registering.
